Cringe-Free Self-Promotion: How humble professionals build a reputation for results
In a reputation economy, being visible is critical to career success. But many professionals find self-promotion distasteful and off-putting. Or when they do grit their teeth to talk about their work, they come off as inauthentic.
In this presentation, attendees identify the social influences that keep them silent at work and apply psychology insights to overcome those influences. They also learn a simple formula to describe their work accomplishments without feeling arrogant or insincere.
Attendees will leave this presentation with skills to influence clients, colleagues and professional contacts - no bragging or BS required.
