About Exmplify Consulting
We teach humble leaders how to communicate so companies grow and careers thrive.
Our services include communication training, keynotes and 1:1 coaching.

Our Values
Curiosity
We see value in exploring new ideas and meeting new people. We put learning ahead of ego. We are confident in our existing expertise and also eager to continually expand it.
Compassion
We work to increase the economic power of marginalized people. We hire vendors owned by under-represented groups. And we use intersectional feminism as a framework for non-exploitative, inclusive business models.
Candour
We say what we mean. We share information freely, within the bounds of client confidentiality. We act with transparency, and we keep our word.
Land Acknowledgement
Exmplify is headquartered in London, Ontario, Canada (the “Forest City”) on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak and Attawandaron.
This land continues to be home to diverse Indigenous people (First Nations, Métis and Inuit) whom we recognize as contemporary stewards of the land and vital contributors to society. Three Indigenous Nations are neighbours to London: The Chippewas of the Thames First Nation; Oneida Nation of the Thames; and the Munsee-Delaware Nation. These all continue to live as sovereign Nations with individual and unique languages, cultures and customs.
